1) What these terms cover

These Terms govern your use of GetMyWebRank’s products, sites, and services that help you generate, publish, and track SEO-ready articles. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) Eligibility & accounts

You need to be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. You’re responsible for all activity under your account, keeping your credentials secure, and providing accurate account and billing details.

• If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm you’re authorized to accept these Terms for that company.
• If we detect misuse, we may require additional verification or suspend access.

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service or content generated through it. Specifically, you will not:

• Upload or process content you don’t have rights to use.
• Generate or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or that infringes others’ rights.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, probe security, or disrupt the platform.
• Use the service to send spam or to build competing models or datasets without our written consent.

4) Subscriptions, billing, and taxes

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. Plan changes take effect on the next billing period unless stated otherwise. Fees are exclusive of taxes; you’re responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or government charges.

• We may adjust pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.
• Unless required by law, fees for the current billing term are non-refundable.

5) Your content and generated output

You own the content and data you submit to the service, as well as the outputs generated for you. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service.

• You’re responsible for reviewing generated articles before publishing them.
• We may use aggregated, de-identified usage data to improve reliability, relevance, and performance.

6) Confidentiality & privacy

We’ll protect your confidential information using industry-standard safeguards and only use it to provide the service. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle personal data.

7) Availability and changes

We aim to keep GetMyWebRank reliable, but uptime is not guaranteed. We may update features, impose reasonable usage limits, or discontinue parts of the service. Material changes that reduce core functionality will be communicated in advance when feasible.

8) Warranties and disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic increases, or suitability for your particular use case.

9) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for all claims arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

10) Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time in-app; your plan stays active through the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, but sections that by nature should survive (like confidentiality, ownership, and limitations of liability) will continue.

11) Governing law & disputes

These Terms follow the laws of the jurisdiction where Nightcoders operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If local consumer laws give you additional protections, those still apply. Parties will try to resolve disputes informally before pursuing other remedies.
